Delivery & Returns

We undertake to provide you with the very highest levels of service available. All Order under a total value of £200.00, excluding VAT will incur a Carriage Charge of £8.75. Standard delivery is next day (although not guaranteed) for items in our stock, provided the order is received before 15:00 Monday to Friday. If we have any delays or stock issues we will notify you by email or telephone. Orders received over the weekend for items in stock will be despatched on the first working day thereafter. Orders for items that are not in our stock will normally be despatched on the same day as received by us, so that you receive them the following day. Goods received and shipped by us on Friday, will be received by you on the following Monday. Where there is a Bank holiday the goods will be delivered on the next working day. We reserve the right to part ship your orders to you. Please note a collection facility is NOT available, all orders will be shipped by a quality professional carrier company. We also reserve the right to levy extra carriage charges on a transaction if the goods are, bulky, heavy or requiring Palletisation OR If the delivery location is The Scottish Highlands, Northern Island, or islands of the UK such as Shetland, The Hebrides, The Scilly’s, Isle of Wight or Isle of Man etc. Should extra carriage charges be deemed necessary, we will, of course, contact you prior to taking said charges, giving you the option to cancel your order at no charge. Pallets are shipped on a 48 hour service rather than the 24 Hour service for smaller shipments. Please note that we are only able to transact business in £ sterling, no other currencies are acceptable. This site is only able to transact business with-in the United Kingdom. You undertake. To carefully open all boxes and thoroughly check the goods for damage, on the day of delivery, and notify us of any damage within three (3) days of receipt. Failure to notify us within three (3) days, means that we are unable to claim from the carrier or Manufacturer. You agree to indemnify us, in full, for any loss we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us with in the three (3) day period. Should the items or shipment arrive on a Pallet it is your responsibility to firstly check the goods for damage, before signing the Drivers paperwork. If the Driver will not wait then, refuse the delivery. Pallet deliveries will be delivered on a lorry fitted with a tail lift. It is your responsibility to ensure that, there is sufficient suitable access for the lorry and that you have adequate material handling capability to move the Pallet when it is off the lorry.
